- Daily: 10:00am to 19:00pm. ( The Opening hours may subject to change without prior notice. )
How To Redeem:
- Your voucher will be mailed to you shortly after booking is confirmed. You can display either a printed or mobile voucher with your valid ID proof at the ticket counter to exchange it with physical ticket.
- The voucher is open dated voucher with 4 months validity. You can use the voucher anytime once within this period.
- The voucher is only valid for Non - Singaporean passport holders.

- Infant age 0 - 3 yrs enter free of cost.
- Lockers are available inside the park at additional cost.
- Re - entry to the park is permitted with valid hand stamp and ticket.
- Express ticket which allows you to have priority access to all rides can be baught directly from the park. The cost of it will be additional to the standard ticket purchased.
- Be sure to take a show timing schedule from the counter as show timing changes on daily basis.

How to Reach:
MRT: Take the MRT till HarbourFront station, enter Vivocity mall, from 3rd floor board the Sentosa express to Waterfront station to arrive directly at Universal Studios.
Cable Car: Take the MRT til HarbourFront station, take exit B, which will lead you to HarbourFront tower II, board cable car from cable car station situated on top floor of the tower.
Taxi: You can take a cab anywhere from Singapore to Sentosa Island.
