Booking Process

Click on any activity you wish to book. For some activities there are different options available, If your activity has different options such as time or any additions, select it whichever is convenient to you. Then press on the calendar icon to the right to select the available date. After selecting your convenient date simply click on the “BOOK NOW” button and proceed to checkout. After checkout pay for your activity and get ready for the adventure.

For some activities “Yes” you have to take a printout whereas some activities don’t require printouts, you can simply download the voucher on your phone and redeem the same. 

Please check the “Pinmyself Tips” section by scrolling down after opening any activity. It provides you with the map of the activity location with directions and available modes of transport to get to the location as well. Your Voucher will also contain the meeting point address, if you still can't find the meeting point you can contact the local organizer on the customer care number provided in the voucher.

Some activities include the transfer facility but not all so you have to check “What’s included section” to know. Or you can also check the icon of ' Hotel transfers ' if it's there the activity includes hotel transfers.

Different activities have different confirmation times which are indicated under the “Activity details” section. Most of them are confirmed instantly while some are confirmed within 24 hrs.

For some activities, transports, tours the voucher is validated on the selected date. For most attraction tickets you can use it on any date, during their validity period. You can check it under “Activity details” section if the ticket is flexible or not to use on other dates as well.

Some activities can be confirmed instantly to use it immediately while others might require a confirmed booking atleast 24 hrs prior to the date of activity. You can see more information by checking the details on each activity page.

A voucher is an e-ticket for your entry at the activity location. You have to show/display this voucher at your activity location which has a QR code on it which is scanned for your entry.

 

Yes why not! Just enter the details of the person on the checkout page instead of your own. While making the payment, enter your own billing information so that the transaction is successful.

After Booking

Pinmyself will provide you with the contact information for your driver and/or tour guide at least one day prior to departure. Information will be sent via Pinmyself messages, e - mail and Whatsapp please log into your account and check new messages for updates. The details of the same will be mentioned on your voucher as well.

You can log on to our website.Then go to your profile by clicking on the top right hand corner, then select booking to view the confirmation status of your activity.

Subject to charges as/if applicable by the operator. If a particular activity is reschedulable by the operator, then only the activity can be rescheduled.

Unfortunately, only some activities are there which you can do at a different time, as all activities have their validity time period. More details will be mentioned on your voucher about the validity time period of that particular activity.

Meeting point and pickup

The fastest way to schedule a pickup is to contact your tour operator directly. You can find their contact details on the voucher.

It is usually not possible to change a meeting point. However, please contact your tour operator directly for confirmation. You'll find their contact details on the voucher.

Payment and Refund

Please double check that you've entered your details correctly.

If the issue persists, first close the browser and start the process again. If you still can't complete your purchase, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

It is not possible to pay on arrival as Pinmyself is an online booking platform. The booking and payment process has to be completed on our website.

Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.
